"My University is My Big Home" is an initiative from the Faculty of Sharia to promote responsibility and belonging among students.

Mustafa Al-Momani - The Faculty of Sharia at the University of Jordan launched today the "My University, My Big Home" initiative, aimed at raising awareness among students about the importance of preserving and properly using university facilities, in addition to forming a team of environmental ambassadors from among the faculty's students. During his speech, the Dean of the Faculty of Sharia, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Kilani, emphasized the importance of strengthening the values ​​of responsibility, belonging, and behavioral awareness among students, and the necessity of preserving public property as an integral part of religious and national values. The initiative also included decorating the faculty's facilities with awareness murals aimed at promoting a culture of cleanliness and shared responsibility among students. The launch of this initiative came with the follow-up of the Assistant Dean for Student and Graduate Affairs, Dr. Israa Al-Momani, within the framework of supporting efforts aimed at establishing a culture of maintaining the cleanliness of classrooms, lecture halls, and university facilities, especially in light of the modernization, renovation, and rehabilitation work that the university's facilities have undergone, which included various halls and lecture halls. The "My University, My Big Home" initiative aims to instill in students a sense that university facilities are public property that must be maintained and preserved, in line with principles that encourage integrity and respect for public assets, and to contribute to creating a university environment based on awareness, discipline, and positive behavior. The initiative also saw the formation of an Environmental Ambassadors team from the Faculty of Sharia, tasked with raising awareness within the faculty's facilities by promoting a culture of cleanliness and respect for university property, and contributing to the enhancement of positive student behavior, reflecting the civilized and honorable image of the University of Jordan. This initiative is part of a series of activities and programs implemented by the Faculty of Sharia, striving to build a conscious and responsible university environment that contributes to supporting the educational process and strengthening the partnership between students and the faculty in preserving university facilities and assets, in accordance with the University of Jordan's vision and its educational and national mission.​
