Department of Islamic Banking – Faculty of Sharia Organizes a Course on “Digital Media Skills” to Prepare Its Students for the Job Market

The Department of Islamic Banking at the Faculty of Sharia, in cooperation with Adam Center for Media and Training, organized a specialized lecture on digital media skills as part of the faculty’s career preparation program for its students. The department hosted Mr. Nadeem Rabhi Al-Hassan, an expert in the media field, who holds a master’s degree in Media Studies and serves as Training Director at Adam Center for Media and Training. He is also a podcast content creator and a producer and presenter of several radio and television programs.

The lecture, attended by graduating students and those interested in developing their professional career paths in the media field, focused on several key areas. These included the fundamentals of building a personal and professional digital identity, strategies for creating impactful content across various digital platforms, and the basics of marketing media content.

Drawing on his extensive academic, professional, and training experience, Mr. Nadeem Al-Hassan highlighted the major transformations in the media landscape brought about by digitalization. He emphasized that possessing digital media tools is no longer a luxury, but rather a fundamental requirement for success in most modern career fields, especially in the media and communication sector.

The organization of this lecture aligns with the objectives of the career preparation program, which aims to bridge the gap between academic skills and the actual demands of the labor market, and to equip students with modern tools that enhance their competitiveness and increase their opportunities to secure suitable employment or develop their own media projects.
