After completing the requirements for the PhD degree in Islamic Judiciary and Legislative Policy, the student is expected to be able to:
- Have a deep faith in God and His Messenger and show a clear commitment to the teachings of Islam so that this is reflected in his personality, behavior, and dealings.
- To objectively analyze and evaluate knowledge of the origins, development, foundations, and procedures of the judiciary.
- To assess and analyze sharia judiciary issues scientifically and compare the rules and regulations of contemporary developments in the field of sharia judiciary.
- To illustrate and analyze the contemporary applications of issues related to Sharia judiciary and the arguments and documentation of the Sharia courts and evaluate them objectively.
- To demonstrate a deep understanding of the concepts, principles and knowledge in judicial sciences and master the practical application of its foundations and principles.
- To introduce and discuss judicial legal rulings and work to convince the addressees in a scientific and rational manner based on sound principles and evidence.
- To critically discuss, analyze, and evaluate contemporary developments in family and personal laws and provisions related to family and personal issues.
- Communicate effectively and competently with others, especially those who disagree with him, and work well within a team based on the general Islamic principles that call for understanding and cooperation for good.
- To conduct original research in investigating issues related to Islamic Judiciary in preparing his thesis, and in publishing solid research that includes scientific addition in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
