An overview of the program and its main subjects:The department offers a master's degree in Jurisprudence and its Foundations in order to remain fulfilling its function from the legal and social perspectives, as the department succeeded in fulfilling its function towards society and its graduates became active scholars working in facilities related to the specialization, such as fatwa, judiciary, education and leading prayers.

Providing society with a generation qualified in terms of practical jurisprudence, promoting the development of the student's jurisprudential capacities, and providing the labor market with trained jurisprudential staff in the fields of leading prayers, preaching, fatwa, media, and education.

Qualifying students of jurisprudence and its foundations who are able to provide the community in the legal fields and guide it towards values and virtues.
