A faculty member in the Department of Islamic Banking teaches Master's students at the German University of Fau the subject of "Islamic Finance and Banking".

With a grant and support from the Erasmus+ Academic Mobility Program, and through an invitation and joint coordination with the German Federal University of Frankfurt (FAO), Dr. Munir Al-Shater, a faculty member in the Department of Islamic Banking, taught an intensive course in Islamic finance and banking to master's students. The course covered several important topics related to Islamic financial instruments and products, their practical applications in various sectors, the differences between them and the conventional system, the role of Islamic finance in economic development and sustainability, and the opportunities and challenges facing this sector in Europe and globally. In addition to teaching, Dr. Al-Shater conducted a number of scholarly activities and academic meetings. This participation reflects the University of Jordan's commitment to supporting its faculty, strengthening international cooperation with various academic institutions, and exchanging expertise and knowledge in diverse fields. The university is proud of its faculty's achievements and supports their participation in various international events.​
