On Sunday, July 28, 2025, the Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles at the School of Sharia at the University of Jordan organized a training workshop entitled: “Decision-making skills and their impact on career paths,” as part of the career training program for faculty students during the summer semester.
The workshop was presented by trainer Ahmed Al-Assad, a specialist in thinking and leadership skills training and founder of Alam Al-Mawhiba Training Company, and was attended by a large number of faculty students, who interacted with the workshop's topics and practical applications, which focused on decision-making mechanisms in academic and professional life and their impact on building a successful career path.
The workshop included a number of interactive activities and group applications that encouraged students to think critically and analyze available options before making decisions, in addition to presenting real-life examples that reflect the importance of making informed decisions in practical life.
At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed their thanks and gratitude to the college administration and the trainer for providing this valuable opportunity, which contributed to honing their personal skills, emphasizing their need for more practical workshops that prepare them for professional life.
This workshop is part of a series of initiatives implemented by the College of Sharia to enhance the competence of its graduates and equip them with the skills necessary to succeed in the job market.
