Program Description :	The program concentrates on promoting the juridical Knowledge in the field of shari'ah rulings emphasizing on the importance of the foundations of legaly courts and the rulings of the judicial. It also seeks to train the student practically in the courts through attending ten sessions in the Shari'ah courts in Jordan.
