Foundations of Fiqh (Jurisprudence), which offers a BA and MA in Jurisprudence, Foundations of Jurisprudence, Islamic Judicial Legislation and the PhD in Jurisprudence and its Foundation.

The Department consists of the following two sections:

• Jurisprudence Section: This section is concerned with courses related to Comparative Jurisprudence.
• Jurisprudence Foundations Section: This section is concerned with courses related to the Foundations of Jurisprudence.
